Operating with Suspended License, etc - Clerk's Hearing - No Complaint Issued

GS, a 30-year-old teacher, was involved in an early morning car accident. In addition to the damage done to his car GS was cited for driving with a suspended license, operating with no insurance, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation.

GS' license was suspended due to unpaid parking fees, and the car was uninsured because GS let the insurance coverage lapse.

GS hired Attorney Henry Fasoldt to represent him at the clerk's hearing. Henry insisted that GS pay all his fees and fines so as to make sure that his license and insurance were up to date.

The hearing went well, the magistrate was pleased to see that GS had corrected the issues before the hearing. No complaint issued.
