Outcome: Dismissed

Description: A nighttime side-by-side collision led to charges against my client for Leaving the scene of an accident. While driving on the highway, Mrs. M, a nurse, thought that she had been side-swiped by another car. It was dark and rainy. Afraid to pull over, she drove home instead. Later that night the police came to her door and told her that she would be charged with leaving the scene. After discussion with the prosecutor they agreed to dismiss the case if she stays out of trouble for 6 months
