KR, a 21-year-old man, was found "Not Guilty" of first-degree murder.

KR used deadly force to defend his friend who was being beaten and robbed by three men, two armed with loaded guns. KR fired three shots in 1 second, striking the armed man in the arm and side, then ran away.

A jury agreed with Attorney Fasoldt's argument that KR was justified in shooting the armed man.
