Outcome: Reduced to OUI-2nd Offense, no jail time

Description: Client, a 39-year-old man with severe alcohol problems, was stopped in a parking lot in Haverhill after almost side-swiping several cars on the road. After being taken out of the vehicle he was barely able to stand. Seeing that it was a medical emergency, client was taken to hospital. His blood was drawn, the results of which showed that his blood alcohol level was 0.41. In many cases, people die when their blood alcohol level is that high.
