AV, a 15-year-old boy, was charged with Indecent Assault and Battery for groping a woman inappropriately. Though the evidence was very strong against AV, Henry and the prosecutor worked out a deal whereby AV would admit to the offense, in exchange for the government reducing the charge to straight Assault and Battery.

The result was very fortunate for AV. Had he been convicted of Indecent Assault and Battery, he would have been required to register as a sex offender.
