GN, a military veteran in his 70's, was caught in an online sting by a cop who posed as a 15-year-old girl.

GN had no criminal record and no history of sexual misbehavior. While the prosecutor asked for a sentence of 2-3 years to State Prison, Attorney Fasoldt convinced the judge to impose a sentence of probation.
