Boston criminal defense attorney Henry Fasoldt grew up in Maine. After heading south for college, he moved to Boston to attend Suffolk University Law School. It was there that he was drawn to the practice of criminal law. This interest deepened during a summer internship with the Committee for Public Counsel Services, and experience defending juvenile offenders through the Juvenile Justice Clinic in his final year of law school.
Upon law school graduation and passing the Massachusetts bar exam, Henry continued to develop his expertise in all areas of criminal law through several years of practice at a criminal defense firm. Henry also serves as a court-appointed criminal defense attorney through Middlesex Defense Attorneys, as he has for over ten years.
Eventually, Henry decided to open his own firm, because he loves to be involved in every aspect of the case. He offers his clients the depth and breadth of criminal defense experience he’s amassed over the years. Having tried over forty jury trials, including several life-felonies, Henry has extensive courtroom experience.
Henry regularly participates in training of new criminal defense lawyers and mentors less experienced attorneys. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (MACDL).
Henry lives in the Boston area with his wife and child. In his spare time he enjoys reading, exercising, and traveling.
